- Set up signage across the city to drive people and direct them to eXtra store.
- Remove newspaper from the mix and revisit the distribution plan due to low awareness
- Continuous media presence is a must to build awareness and credibility with consumers.
- Megacom & mupis need to be considered since the educational level is low in that area resulting in low readership of Newspapers.
- Tailor made offerings for Al Kharj consumers taking into consideration the social economic class and high competition in the city.

An increase of approx. 10% excluding April(Big Sale)
